These are the possible timings
1. after mid-sems [ mid July ]
- everyone should be free?
2. end of course [ towards end of August]
- possibility of people going back home already coz need to prepare to go Russia?
- less time to prepare for the event, probably..coz immediately after exam?

i think we should organise things well..
y not try 2 form office bearer n decide d how d work is done..
we can devide all ppl into different groups n all participate d project..
eg..
performance..
food..
location..
transport..
activity..
who 2 invite..
it might b fun,,
i think we can start d plan d..
We have 13 days after midsems to do it..
should we elect people nw itself? so they have time to decide? or wait?
