• we don't have to pay any fees
• the money is for shopping
• we will have to pay 80 USD to Mr. Ng at airport.[30 for tour, 50 for some money we are going to receive in Nizhny]

• about 1.6k USD? at least 1050 in USD.
  
• you will have to pay your hostel fees and medical test which totals up to 1050 US
